- When will payments be processed?
Your payment will be process on the day that you place your order at Naturally Thriving.
- When will my order arrive?
We process, pack & send your order within 1-7 business days of you placing your order. You will receive an email once we have shipped your item/items & you will normally receive your order within 2-10 days after shipping with standard post & 1-3 days with express. (not guaranteed)
- What is the Thrive Tribe & what are Thrive Points?
The thrive Tribe is our free rewards program. Simply by creating an account with us, shopping, sharing & connecting you will receive thrive points to spend on future purchases. Please note your Thrive Points cannot be used for shipping fees or cannot be used with any other promotion or discount. - What if one of my items is damaged?
I'm so sorry, please contact us at email@example.com so we can chat and arrange a replacement. Please note that we can only except requests for replacements within 2-3 weeks of you receiving your order.

At this stage Naturally thriving does not offer pick up options.
We do not price match. We believe we have competitive prices & also have a great rewards program.
- Do you ship internationally?
Currently Naturally Thriving only ships within Australia.
- The product/products I am after are out of stock.
If by chance the product/products you are after are out of stock we will get in touch with estimated time of arrival & endeavour to get it for you asap. You can then decide if you would like to go ahead with your purchase or accept a refund.
